You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase, within 10 days of our receiving your returned product. We will cover the return shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or shipping error.

Damage or Defective Items
Our products are subject to rigorous quality inspection. We are sorry that you have received an item that is damaged or defective. If you have received an item that was damaged or defective upon arrival, please call our Customer Care Department immediately.
